kōans
zurvan
A kōan is a story, dialogue, question or statement which is used in Zen Buddhist practice to provoke the "great doubt" and test a student's progress.
The album works as a collection of these koans, each a form of meditation to come in contact with the present moment, in which there is no past, no future — and no truth to aspire.
